This week The Diva's Challenge is inspired by a new video from Sakura about a Zentangled bug. It's real cute, you should check it out!
I actually started my tile a week ago for the previous challenge to use Cruze but I was so busy preparing to attend the CZT XIII training that I didn't have time to finish it. As I was traveling back on one of my many flights to return home, I found my unfinished tile in my little tile case. I decided to finish it off with Crescent Moon, Tipple and a Ladybug. So now, the tile is good for the current challenge - #144 A Bug's Life.
The Crescent Moon shaded the way it is makes me think of a little canyon. I can imagine my lady bug riding on a log, on the river at the bottom of the canyon.
While I was checking out everyone's work I noticed Rick entered a link with some of Maria's bugs - check it out here.
Hope you are all having a great day. My mind is spinning with Tangles I want to work on and classes to plan.

I am now a Certified Zentangle Teacher!!!
What a wonderful experience to travel to Providence Road Island and take personalized training from Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas in the Zentangle philosophy and method. Along with about 100 other students I learned how to transfer the experience of Zentangle drawing to eager learners of all ages. We practiced Tangles, shading and strings. We were also introduced to a new Tangle never seen before as well as new tiles that will be available for sale soon.
For me, the most important learning's were how to delivery a class and how to deconstruct an image into a new Tangle. I created my first new Tangle that I will share as soon as I get home. I hope to create many new Tangles as I gain more experience and become more aware of patterns and objects around me.
I am really looking forward to teaching my first set of students and will plan a beginner class very soon. In the meantime, I am reveling in becoming a CZT!
